The Interview's satirical premise got it pulled from most theatrical release entirely after a major cyberattack — Vancouver's involvement was the least controversial part of the production.
The verdict
Co-starred alongside Seth Rogen in The Interview, a film that leaned on Vancouver for much of its production the way a lot of Rogen and Goldberg projects do. Born and raised in Los Angeles though, with nothing north of the border beyond that one geopolitical comedy about assassinating a dictator.
